BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If you wish to confirm a booking, please keep in mind that the deposit must be paid before the due date specified on the quote in order to avoid cancellation.
Please be informed that all bookings require a 50% deposit of the total quote. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date will result in the provisional booking being cancelled, and we shall retain the right to book it to another client.
When making a deposit, please provide your booking reference on the deposit slip.
Only electronic payments or direct bank deposits will be accepted - NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Please make sure your account is paid in full at least one week (one month for Easter and December bookings) before your arrival date. NO KEYS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT FULL & FINAL PAYMENT.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
A R1 500.00 breakage deposit per booking will be retained in trust. The deposit will be repaid within 5 working days of your departure, less any necessary deductions. The deposit will be transferred to the bank account that you provided on your breakage deposit form.
The tenant must inspect the inventory upon arrival and notify any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival. If no shortages or damages are reported, the contents of the units will be assumed to be correct, and tenants will be held liable for any shortages or breakages encountered in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF LEASE:
The premises are rented to you exclusively for vacation purposes and for the time period mentioned on the receipt. Weddings, parties, and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of people who were originally booked and/or for whom beds were made available (including children). If the number of tenants exceeds the agreed upon and/or discussed maximum tenants per unit, tenants will not be permitted to enter or occupy the property. If the aforesaid agreement is not met, 100% of the breakage deposit will be retained as a penalty fee, and your payments may be forfeited.
Tenants and their visitors must comply with our terms as well as the rules and Terms and Conditions of the Complex in which they stay, as the Body Corporate may request eviction of Tenants or their guests who do not comply, resulting in the loss of your breakage deposit, admin fee, and full payment for your stay.
CANCELLATIONS:
To avoid penalties, a reservation must be cancelled 60 days before the due date. All fees are reimbursed only if we are able to find a substitute tenant for the entire period. Any administrative fees paid for canceled reservations will be forfeited. If the unit you reserved becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to being sold or another tragedy, every attempt will be taken to repay your deposit without penalties.
